Get your branding right. Start with creating your own luxury real estate website to showcase your listings and begin marketing yourself. It doesn’t have to be expensive, but it does have to be on brand.
Learn everything you can. You’ve got to dig into the data yourself and learn your metro inside and out. The better informed you are, the more your luxury clients will trust you.
Leave your fear at the door. When you’re new to the market, fear can absolutely stop you in your tracks. But remember, you’ve got nothing to lose. No one can fire you from the luxury market, and the only person slowing you down is YOU! Check your fear, remind yourself that you cannot fail, and make some deals!
